The Maritm Resort & Spa Mauritius occupies a superb, slightly elevated position beside Turtle Bay on the north-west coast of Mauritius. Built in a Mauritian style, it is set in a private 62 acre garden known as Balaclava.

Just a 15 minute drive from both Port Louis and Grand Baie, the hotel's rooms are all sea facing with balcony or terrace. There's a choice of five restaurant options at Maritim Mauritius including Belle Vue, the main restaurant with live cooking; La Marée beach restaurant for seafood & grills; Le Banyan - an Asian Fusion restaurant; or, for an exclusive experience the Chateau Mon Desir for fine dining and Sunday brunch. There's also the brand new Les Filaos Beer Garden Pub offering beers and grills from the Bavarian region. This restaurant is really a 'beach pub' located in the shade of casuarinas trees and is open from noon until 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

There's a large swimming pool, as well as many sports facilities including a 9-hole (par 29) golf course. The tropical Flower Spa offers a range of beauty and wellness treatments. Turtle Bay is the first National Park in Mauritius and there is excellent snorkelling from the beach. Waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking and pedal boats are all available free of charge. The Maritim is also ideally situated for visiting many other attractions in Mauritius including the Pamplemousses botanical gardens as well as the capital Port Louis.

Stays at the Maritim Resort & Spa are on All Inclusive and include: breakfast, lunch and dinner (set-dinner credit and resort credit applies at La Marée, Le Banyan Asian Fusion Restaurant, Les Filaos Beer Garden Pub and Chateau Mon Desir); all soft drinks, local beer, house wine and local bottled alcoholic drinks and cocktails; and selected land & water sports.
